Mirror Note 8 Display to AppleTV

I have a jailbroken Apple TV that also has XBMC. I want to mirror my display like one can do with an Apple iPad. Let me be clear I am not looking to stream audio or video but rather want to mirror the display exactly as it appears on the tablet. For example I want to be able to read Flipboard or other app on my larger TV. I am not having any luck finding an app that can do this.

i think u should a special app on ur apple tv to allow another product scan it
