Mismatched IMEI?

I took my own phone in to be repaired (cracked screen), and received a phone that is not my own.

This phone has a mismatched IMEI. The IMEI showing up when I press *#06# is for a galaxy s3. It is also blacklisted.

The IMEI on the label of the phone is not blacklisted.

Motherboard changed

Probably someone changed the motherboard.
