Missing notifications on several apps

At least 2 of my most important apps, doesn't display any push notifications.
Other apps does that with no problems.

I've configured those apps to be unmonitored under the battery settings, but no notifications from those apps whatsoever.

Any advice will be very welcomed.

Do you have notifications turned on for those apps? Settings ---> Notifications ---> turn on the toggle for the app in question
