Missing options

So is it me, but are things like changing folder colors, quick reply window in the message app and detailed message info on the lockscreen missing? The s5 had this .. I ditched my g3 because they did the same type of thing. Rather annoying.

The amount of stuff they have left out is ridiculous strange thing is they are there in hidden settings but still don't work when activated...
