Xiaomi EU is based on the Chinese ROM so possibly, back up data anyway.

I have installed MIUI 9 8.4.19 Global Developer.

My question is: Do I have to clean Dalvik, Cache, System, Data, Internal Storage and USB-OTG in TWRP to install this ROM, or I can simply clean Dalvik, Cache and System?

Just go into fastboot and then:
fastboot format userdata

This will wipe everything and after that:
fastboot flash recovery (file)
fastboot boot (file)

Flash the zip file and reboot

Can you tell me how to move the app to system? If I use Nova launcher did I only need to move the Launcher or I have to move all the apps.

I used titanium backup and in the backup/restore tab selected Nova launcher and move to system. Then reboot. You only need to move the launcher.

Thanks, works great now. I did it with a free app called Link2SD. It is pretty easy.

Can you post the telegram group I only have aosp telegram.
