Still not, but will be released in near future (like before the end of year).
Supposition based on a screenshot of india releases, that don't explain the type of rom (china or global) and the date of release.It was supposed to be released with Oreo.. Opps i forgot its Xiaomi

Bugs (to be confirmed):
- There is a strange "play" button on below toolbar of miui browser, that after being clicked enable a mode that cause the crash of the browser.
- On mail app, after a mail being selected, you can see a bugged X on up-left point of the screen.
- There aren't any controls on notification shade for Spotify, Youtube Vanced or Browser download.
- Multitasking animation can be improved (slightly less smooth).
Apart this the rom is practically perfect, at least to be the first rom of Max 2.
