miui 12

I installed the Miui 12 (android 10) in my Oneplus 5 but bluetooth and NFC doesn't work... Then at startup I get a message like "android has detected an internal problem, contact the manufacturer ...". When I adjust the brightness the screen flickers. Do any of you have these problems too? Will there be future updates?
