Use latest one miui 7 v6.3.25 in patchrom thread.

Free ram 1gb or above

You will get about 600-800 mb free ram on all custom roms for a311. And 1.2 gb to 1.4 gb free on a310.

You are probably using a310 which needs patch.

Its working fine for me. In my a311

This rom ported using a311 files, that's why you are not facing volume up key issue.
