Sorry again, but if I understand well:
1) flash the chinese TWRP with normal TWRP;
2) format system, data, cache;
3) flash the MIUI ROM;
4) flash other two zip files in the first post.

It's OK?

Thanks

Flash the system, then flash the Chinese TWRP and then flash miui

Flash the system, then flash the Chinese TWRP and then flash miui

So having a custom ROM:

1) format system, data, cache;
2) flash the first zip ( C00AL10B175) with normal TWRP;
3) flash the chinese TWRP;
4) flash the MIUI ROM.

It's correct?

I have resurrection remix custom rom. I try also to flash chinese TWRP but the recovery doesn't start... Maybe could be the different VENDOR the problem?
It is not vendor problem , the twrp is marshmallow based, u had to be on emui 4.1 to use the twrp .
First on twrp 3.1.1-1 flash the al00 zip and then reboot your device to fastboot now flash the twrp cn and then format data once and flash the miui ROM

But I had to download the AL00 update or I have to use the zip in the second post (C00AL10B175) or I have to found the corresponding emui 4.1 for my AL09?

Can I use this zip: Honor 8 Rollback Package FRD-L19&L09, from Android 7.0, EMUI 5.0 to Android 6.0 EMUI 4.1, C900B300, Western Europe)?

    3. Reboot.
    4. Install TWRP(Chinese version).
    5. Flash MIUI via twrp.

    Signal always full on SIM¹ because Openkirin didn't find the solution for accurate signal reading for now (they need to update tree device once they fix it).
    That's why it is present in other ROMs
    em.
    :)
    It's a patched rom based on B175.

    That's not clear, ask the OP if the first zip should be flashed with normal TWRP or the chinese
