How to flash this miui9 as secondary as OOS Oreo primary ? ( when I tried it hardbricked my phone). But working well with OOS nougat as primary.

Little tip to globablize some the Rom.
Select English as system language (its never bad practice some more in this ^^)
then, after installation of Google Installer v2 (for MIUI),
install " Morelocale 2" from Playstore and chose u'r langage.
Now u have apps with u're language resource with u'r language displayed (google play store too).
I hope this could be useful

The link here, is it for op3 or op3t? because I read around, you need to flash additional op3t to op3 zip (something like that) for some of the previous build

How I installed Miui build 15C
I used twrp 3.2.0 official, and I am decrypted.
1. Take a nandroid backup
2. Wipe cache, data, dalvik, system
3. Reboot to recovery
4. Install 15C zip
5. Flash root file and BS zip
6. Reboot to system.
7. Do the initial setup of Miui
8. Install gapps by which way u like.
9. Login to google
10. Restore backup via any backup too u have.
11. Enjoy
Whether u were previously on nougat or Oreo based rom, it doesn't matter since the zip already has the required firmware.

And decrypted, is that a must too? As I am on official o2 and encrypted.

Its a UNIFIED BUILD can be used on 3 and 3t both

And yes decrypting is MUST..make sure.. or you will face BOOTLOOP issue
