Question Miui china error activate day ??? How to fix ? My phone has been used for almost 1 month :(

How to contact xiaomi china to fix the problem? while I'm not fluent in Chinese, can't speak English? obviously this is a bug from xiaomi,

i checked on many sites and it actually doesn't have the first activation date, while the production date and production batch are the latest from the date i received my mi 13. Really a joke :((.

Purchase verify?
it just doesn't show the first activation date, but all other information is complete, with always saying warranty activation at 16:00 pm on the same day but error, moving to the next date, This is an error of China xiaomi online system

Which dealer did you buy it from?
I buy from a store that imports domestic goods from China. They only guarantee the item given to me is 100% new and I check it very carefully, yes, the battery capacity is even higher than the original battery. As for this fault, they say it's xiaomi's fault, not theirs

the device is connected to the account, i have location enabled but disabled hehe. In my country, my carrier is not suitable for mi massage, so I can't activate it. Also on xiaomi cloud reported the device name but no more information

Do you want to keep the CN rom or change to global stock or Xiaomi Eu rom?
First you could try to do a factory reset and normally on reboot, you will have to log in with the Xiaomi account.
The activation should be done but you must use mobile data with the same sim registered on your account (provided that the activation SMS is possible).
If you want to change rom we can try something else.

I tried many times as you just said and failed. Activation sms is error with my carrier
