MIUI Gallery for other smartphone brand

Hi together,

I am wondering if it is possible to get the MIUI Gallery working on another smartphone than a MIUI device?

I like the MIUI Gallery pretty much but I am unable to install or get it working on another smartphone. Is there any port of the app? Or can I archive to get it working anyhow? The apk is available at typical apk-hosts.
