Question MIUI THEME

Good evening everyone,
I would like to know if you have access to the themes application because for my part it is not the case.
When I received my tablet 2 years ago, sometimes a message offered me to change theme but in the end the application blocked each time.
Since no more notifications and can't find how to change theme.
Application is present in the list of applications but impossible to access it.

I don't think the Themes app work on this tablet. I've changed the regions and apk launchers. The themes app is only used for wallpaper selection from what I can tell.
