There is a newer redmi 9t model with touch/digitizer named nvt and custom roms don't work well (touch work only half screen) or don't work at all (don't boot). I managed to install 2 custom recoveries who work: twrp brigudav and pitchblackrecovery but no custom roms is working on this phone codename "lemon". Sorry for off topic.

You're welcome. You should be able to download and upgrade manually through the updater. codename is lemon only on device, but on OTA it's still lime.
