No, I got OTA with 1.9 GB as well.. I think it depends on what region you set for your phone.

For me UAE region 1.9 GB and for my friend Philippines region 560 MB.

12 hours ago I just tried my luck with the check for update and funny enough it found something xD , tried to search any feedback on it but could't find any, downloaded (1.9gb), started the update process and then waited for about 15-20 minutes in what seemed to be a bootloop, I force restarted and it went fine afterwards but scared me a bit.

I can't seem to install it, I'm on v11.0.4.0 and trying to install any update (including using a local file) gets as far as the "reboot to install" option and then says decrypting 0% and then it goes straight to "can't download. try again in a few minutes".

Anyone know where I'm going wrong?

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate the attempt to help, this has me stumped.

I just tried that. It has the same issue, I even tried just reinstalling my current ROM and again, same issue.

It goes to the "cancel or reboot" bit, I hit reboot, I see in the background it says decrypting 0% and then it does the whole "can't download. Try again in a minute or two" which makes no sense to me because it's already downloaded.

I've no idea why it refuses to install.

I don't have TWRP on this (it's just a stock Poco F1) and I'm wanting to update it without having to go through the whole hassle of backing everything up and factory resetting it (on the assumption that would fix it).

Any other ideas why it might be doing this?

The firmwares are for TWRP only
Sorry I assumed you were unlocked and had TWRP

Ah, ok.

I'm using the stock updater app. I'm using the correct type of update file, it just won't apply and so far I just can't figure out why it's refusing to apply the update.

Thanks for the help anyway.
