English??

Not getting English language as option in last 2 builds( 29 and 30th apr builds)
Any tips?

Edit 1 ----> Got english in the 30apr build by flashing it without wipes over the 5th apr build.

Anyone flashed 30/04 directly?

I flashed it over cm10 based slimbean with cache and dalvik wipe, but getting lots of "closed services" alike messages all the time. do I have to make a full wipe or is there a way to flash it directly, and I forgot something?

make a full factory reset..wipe cache..flash again

since MIUI is completely different from CM10

Don't confuse the guy :p A factory reset is done in the stock recovery and it would soft-brick his phone.

Do a data wipe (and a cache and dalvik wipe) and MIUI will work just fine. Like atulclassic said, the two ROM's are very different and by leaving data from CM10, you made MIUI unstable! ;)

Thanks guys for the fast and helpful answers. I'm just always a bit afraid of fullwiping, cause I don't wanna lose important data.

You should get more acquainted with everything concerning Android modding, then :)

Doing a data wipe does NOT do anything to your memory card.

Doing a data wipe DOES clear all your installed apps and their settings and their data (so, bearing in mind that Messaging is actually an app, it means all your messages are gone, and, in the same manner, all your contacts stored on the phone, etc etc)
