I wish I could help u! I was afraid of this so I left flashing roms for sometime! But now I have flashed last kiss by hephappy I am going back to stock Rom in day or two! And if u get some money from ur parents plz buy a better phone!( don't buy this phone cuz this community didn't help u in bad times!)

But for getting a good phone will take some time. I am giving tutions to collect some money but that also will take time. So for now i'll have to stick with this phone only. and my main purpose for the phone is to learn and learning on this phone is a good experience also it wont cost me that much if it gets bricked rather bricking a costly fone

With Multi Language Support!​

After attaching to USB mass storage and den removing it leaves the USB and development symbols on the status bar. They stay until the phone is restarted

Got me with the "Fatal Error"

Probably the most stable and favorite MIUI ICS I've ever tried (only one without the reboot bug when toggling airplane mode)

Only issue for me is that bluetooth does turn on but it cannot detect any devices (however, my computer can detect the phone)

EDIT: Bluetooth does work, I just didn't wait long enough. It does connect, but usually I would see the computer listed under "Available devices"

EDIT2: Volume slider (the pop up window that allows you to slide the volume to whatever volume you want) doesn't work. I have to manually press the volume button. I don't mind, but I'm just used to using the onscreen volume control

EDIT3: The bug I mentioned in EDIT2 was gone after I rebooted the phone the only bug I get (occasionally) now is that the "preparing SD card storage" notification doesn't disappear after booting the phone

Key Board

Anybody having key board is going out of the screen at bottom? I am getting the half of the last row of keyboard out of the screen. I can try other keyboard.But want to know if there is some remedy? Though it is creating any problem when typing 'cause half is enough. Only it is bad-looking!!

the notification USB Storage is still there
Tried changing kernel from stock to Ta's CAF kernel

Bugs I encountered after updating to hehappy's GenetICS x4

With Multi Language Support!​

After wiping cache and dalvik cache, I flashed the zip of the x4 version (hehappys genetICS) over x3 and encountered the following bugs:

1. After first few boots, my internal memory was full because there was some problem linking apps to SD, but it slowly linked it and it was back to normal.

2. All of a sudden, after a reboot my internal memory remains to be full despite Link2SD working (thats strange).

3. Frequent crashes of apps which have been patched by Lucky Patcher for removal of ads.(Infact the apps wont start)

4. Incoming call does not show on dialer as the ringtone rings and it doesn't even show in call log (thats scary). Process dialer has crashed popup appears along with process gapps has crashed.

5. The 'Preparing SD Card' icon remains in the notifications.

6. Everytime I reboot, it shows 'Optimizing applications' and takes time.

On the other side, the video playback is great!

Back to x3 until the bugs are fixed, great I had a nandroid backup.

Yeah guys Those "Not Disappearing Icons" is a bug in Miui 2.8.3. Will Update Shortly to 2.8.10.

why' you do not update this rom up to GenetICS 9.1.5.2 or MIUI 2.10.x or MIUI 3.1.11?

It is with GenetICS read the changelog.

after 2.8.10 the miui moved over with JB in nexus devices, so it is difficult to port without nexus devices. I cannot get the network to work when using other devices.

Miui 3.1.xx will be based on JB, but when i get time from job prob n all :/

I tried and I haven't this bug, disconnecting usb cable notification disappear... hope helps.
