Hello guys,

Couldn't find it in this thread I just want to let people know that MIUI is sending text message on activation to this international number 447786209730. Happend to me twice when I reflashed the rom and activated two times.

First trieded on galaxy s3 and fall in love with rom. Couple phones down I am on xperia z1 love using the rom, do have some problems dou. First overheating, that was solved with doomkernel. My biggest problem now is freezing which only can be solved by reboot. At average I get 2 freezes per day. Second one screenshot problem. Any way do anyone have solution for these damm freezes. thanks love the rom. Keep up the good work.

What do i need to flash it on locked bootloader? Only flash the .761 kernel ? Nothing more?

If someone want superuser mod for this rom, 14.3.A.0.761, I just made patched services.jar, tested on C6903 MIUI-4.8.8, copy-paste onto system/framework, set permissions to rw-r--r--, 0644 and then reboot.

EDIT: 4K camera mod working with this.

PS. For normal operation root need to flash a different kernel (for example TrinityUltimateKernel-V1.7 from XDA).

I'm pretty sure they're different android versions so you might have to clear your data partition or do a clean install.

Coming from MIUI 4.8.8 (multilang, based on 4.4.2), I did install MIUI 4.8.15 (from january73's post #211, based on 4.4.4) with only wipe-cache and wipe-dalvik-cache - keeping my /data intact, and everything seemed to work well. After approx. 1-2 hours I remembered I did not reactivate (reinstall) WSM framework - and found out, that it can't be installed. So I went back to a CWM backup of MIUI 4.8.8... but in the short time I had the 4.8.15, I did not have any problems...

I explicitly don't trust OTA updates. Prior to any update I do a backup in CWM, so that I have something to return to, in case of problems...

This looks like an interesting ROM, but I'm on C6902, will this work for me by default or will I have to apply the modem fix for it?

I'm currently on 4.4.4 UB .108 if it matters.

I know the download in the OP has the option to select your model, but does the 4.8.15 build have it or do I have to wait?
