Thanks it works. But the lockscreen aod have two clocks appear, and fingeprint unlock behave weirdly. Anyone encounter these too?

Edit: With AOD on, when you try to unlock with fingerprint, it will unlock but the screen on phone stay totally black, you will need to lock it again (press power button) and unlock again to go into phone homescreen.

For some odd reason it continued to boot loop until I tried it with the phone unfolded. I was then able to flash recovery. Unfold the phone and try again.

Have you tried the cn2global 13 on miui 12? If so did u get boot loop? i am on miui 12 fold 2 AA works fine just some hickups every now and then with some apps under AA thought maybe cn2global will fix those issues. Though i am not ready for boot loops. Thanks in advance for your reply

It wasn’t the cn2global module that caused my boot loop, it was the cn2global-lite (global flag) module that was responsible and that is still at version 1

I used cn2global version 12 on MIUI 13 (Android 12). His new (3 day old) version 13 says it is for MIUI 14 (Android 13). I haven't updated to Android 13 yet because no one seems to see any advantages or improvements over Android 12 on this device, an Android 13 has caused problems for some users. If you are on Android 12 you can safely flash cn2global version 12, but if you don't need the global flag patch (cn2global-lite) I would avoid it.

Hi there all, hope you are well and thanks for your continued efforts.

I have a Xiaomi Fold 2 on the new Miui 14.0.3 unlocked and rooted with Magisk. I have installed the V13 of cn2global-lite. My AA is still not working...I get a AA communication error 25 when I connect the phone to my car.

I was previously using the AA magisk module with my Miui 13 without problem.

I see that some are having success with Miui 14 and AA. What am I doing wrong?

I decided to create a module sharing thread here.

If Magisk is enabled, all modules will continue to work after the OTA update. (use "Install to Inactive Slot" method)
If Magisk is disabled, the module also loses its effectiveness.

Add official translations from Global ROM​

Since MIUI China ROM doesn't have translations other than English or China-related languages, I created Magisk module to add more languages.
I extracted official translations from MIUI Global ROM.

If there's no official translations, it will be showed in English (like search bar and some options only for China ROM).

This module also enables Google Location History & Nearby Share.

Global ROM Flag Patch​

This Magisk module changes ROM flag to Global.
You can't change region, but some settings and VoLTE icons will become Global version.
Please note Global version has less features than China version, so you can't see some settings like enhanced keyboard.

This module doesn't contain translations and patch for Android Auto or location history.

You can install both translation patch and flag patch.

Please note this module can cause bootloops!

--- If you want to use flag patch with MIUI optimization turned off (optional) ---
Please note if you disabled MIUI optimization, you'll get duplicate Package Installer (MIUI and AOSP) and it will cause bootloop.
Please don't disable MIUI optimization before installing this module, and disable one of the Package Installer to prevent bootloop.

So for installing flag patch module, you need to do:
1. Install above translation patch and reboot
2. Enable MIUI optimization and reboot
3. Install lite module and reboot
4. Disable MIUI optimization
5. Two "Package Installer" app will be available so disable one of them (I recommend non-Xiaomi logo one)
6. Reboot

If bootloop happens, run this:
adb wait-for-device shell su -c "touch /data/adb/modules/xiaomi-miui-conv-lite/disable;reboot"

Enable Android Auto​

Here's the guide for enabling Android Auto.
You have to uninstall Android Auto first, then install Magisk module, and set permissions in AOSP settings (use "MIUI Hidden Settings" or something)

You can activate Google Assistant with this Magisk module.
It also systemize Google Photo app so that you don't need to press Allow when you edit photos/videos.

Everything seemed ok but when I installed some apps they send me this message: close the screen sharing app before you can use this app. I will attach some pictures. I am worried that the phone is used by someone else

Please check app list from Settings -> Apps and check if there's unknown app.
If you received it with play store pre-installed, you should do factory reset.

I factory reset the phone and the problem persisted

Did you have the same issue with your mi mix fold 2 phone? Could it be due to the fact that some app are considering this phone as phablet or could it because of the Chinese rom or Miui? I never had any issues with my global mi 11 phone. Thanks

Was any one able to get Android auto to work on mix fold 2 after updating to miui 14 and andro plus Android auto for the 14?
Everything was working great till I updated. Now it will not connect. Can we downgrade to 13 8f so can you guys direct me to where or how to do it?

So as a follow up just in case someone will need this. S i figured it out (not me i just did some digging) so now android auto works on MIUI 14 with AndroPlus procedure as mentioned in beginning of the main post plus

-so I v14 ......cnxm but on the youtube

it saying I need the fastboot. I did download the v14 ......cnxm. could not find the boot image in this file. I did find a payload bin. try to extract on the phone but did not work . ok what can anyone help please.

That site is a little temperamental with the search results...
Go to this link and get the Fastboot rom.
