I just installed RC7 on latest version of AlexNdr ROm on note 4 n910f (>> N910FXXU1DQL2).
After having installed the kernel I loose the root.So I re-installed latest stable version of magisk and everything becomes so slow. The reboots takes about 5 minuts. I did twice wipe cache and davilk

Hello dear friend,
I am a n9100 user from China. Using the ramkernel you made, the phone will automatically restart when using a mobile 3G network or 4G network. And from the RC4 to RC7 version have this problem, I have not tried the previous version. Everyone in the China Mobile Forum found this problem. I really like the kernel you made. However, the frequent restart of the mobile phone made it impossible for me to use. I hope you can find time to make amendments. Thank you very much!

I think some users mentioned that RC3 doesn't cause this problem. Maybe you should give it a try

RC3 really doesn't have this problem. It's a pity that I don't double hit the wake-up function, which is what I need, because I want to protect the entity buttons, but thank you very much for your reply, it's very helpful to me, and it makes me feel so friendly to a foreign friend!

N910T users have this issue as well. Try Flashpoint kernel.

RamKernel_RC7 link for all models, Enjoy......

Thanks for this. Using this on 915F. Installed different versions and had random reboots. Later settled for RC6. This was stable but occasionally i would lose mobile internet and have to reboot and screen mirroring stopped working even with wlan.wfd.hdcp=disable.

Tried RC7 and everything is perfect so far! Better battery life (even without amplify+greenify tweaks), and screen mirroring works as well.

RC7 on stock, small drain while idle, about 1% for every 90 mins. Battery seems ok otherwise.
No BT either.

edit: wifi hotspot bugged, won't always turn on and when it does, devices can see it but can't connect.

so ... there is that

Second edit: after flashing stock kernel -> ramkernel -> modem wifi, BT (although slow to aquire devices) and standby battery drain seems solved.

@Ram121 I found your Android file host folders & was wondering. Your N910P RC7 permissive when it installs shows in about phone as RC3. Is that just some config file not being updated or is it possibly a mistake?

Sorry about my dual posts.. I tried but the app wouldn't let me add pic in the first post on an edit for some reason.

Okay cool.... so far so good with the kernel. After a few days I'll post findings for anyone that it pertains to. I see ppl concerned with heat and battery life.

So far the kernel seems okay. Battery life is not as bad as on other versions previous and 8.1 permissive.

Facebook is really a shytty app I am finding out. It constantly has issues causing the phone to put it to sleep. It also burns battery... I like to keep it sleep when not in use. I will post battery usage for today later on. Games burn the battery more than I would like but then again I play:

Contest of Champions
DragonBall Legends
South Park Phone Destroyer

stupid question : does this kernel enable usb debuging (for use with adb) ?

I have a note 4 with broken screen (not mine). It seem to work, but usb debugging isn't enable, so can't use adb and screen miroring...

Another question, is it possible to use odin to flash the kernel ? (no custom recovery !)
