1- flashed MM via odin > reboot > check if every thing is normal
2- flash TWRP via odin > uncheck the auto reboot
3- odin freezes and dont show the success
4- waited for 5-10 min and force shutdown device
5- force recovery via buttoms >>>> voila TWRP is installed
6- flashed supersu beta 2.71 from TWRP > reboot
7- installed supersu apk

all good!!!

Will try as soon as I have a computer available (currently my pc is defect and have to borrow from time to time if I need one - that's awful). Thanks a lot :)

@papampi Thanks for the upload. xposed is in here so that's gonna make things more difficult.
I'll mess with it and see what happens. The biggie obviously is to see if I can get it to boot. If it'll boot, then we're off to the races.
I need to port this to the 710 first so I can see what's going on. If that happens, then I'll work on the others.
Here we go........ :)

Well, I'm not sure what's going on here. Xposed or zipping it has lost all the permissions and symlinks. So this isn't gonna work. And with your slow connection, I don't know if you'll want to try this again.
So there's 3 possible issues with the upload:
1. Xposed - It's so invasive that it might have messed things up
2. Zipping it up instead of a .tar made it lose all the symlinks and permissions.
3. Or a combo of both.

So the best thing would be to have no Xposed and uploaded straight from TWRP. But that's about 3gigs I guess.
So I'm on hold for now. I'll see if I can get you guys a permissive kernel in the next couple days.

Edit: /system/bin is all broken links still.

Its a one night upload ...will let it go
Will do a factory reset from TWRP and make new system backup
see if Xposed will be gone or not.

P.S: cant wait for the permissive kernel
You will probably have to Odin to get rid of Xposed, Root/TWRP, then backup system image. Xposed is very invasive, and puts a noticeable hit on the system. That's why I'm not a fan of it.

Please don't feel obligated. We'll get it shortly anyway. Besides, it'll be a lot of extra work for you too.
So if you do it, great. If not, no worries.

Sent from my LGLS990 using XDA-Developers mobile app

What device do you have and what was installed before you did this? I have a T817T with TWRP and the stock 5.1.1 installed (I also installed SuperSu and Open Gapps. I tried flashing the 815 MM rom with Odin and it fails. I'm wondering if I reflash back to stock 5.1.1 if I'll be able to flash the MM rom with Odin.

I have the T815, it was on deodexed LP
Don't think T815 MM works on any thing other than T815
Wait a bit, @engine95 is going to try to build the MM for other devices,
I will upload new stock system.img tomorrow so he can do it.

Unfortunately the marshmallow is crippled there's no restricted user and can't make sd as a system partition and can't pin favourites and I guess there's more which I didn't notice yet

I'm putting this here for now, as they are TEST kernels. You flash these at your own risk!!
MAKE A BACKUP FIRST!!!! This is only for the 815 running Marshmallow!!!

https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24530981327208709 - Test this one first, as this is what it will go from if it works.
Things to check and what's in it:
busybox
init.d support- In a rooted file explorer, go to /data and look for "Test.log" It should say something like "Init.d is working"
SeLinux Permissive - In "About" it should say "SeLinux Permissive"
I'm leaving Knox in it for now until I know it works. I'm building blind here. :p

If the above won't flash, then flash this one. https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24530981327208710 - It has init.d but it shouldn't install it.

Let me know if this works. @papampi since you've been willing so far. :D

Awesome will try it right now
Upload is goin on ... about 2 hours left
here is the link : https://mega.nz/#F!xUM20D5D!b49acO4YMyIvLhT00ir-Nw
Edit:
Permissive kernel is all good
Test.log is in /data and system is permissive
I already had busybox so I don't know if it's new or not
Had no boot loops or errors yet
Awesome mate
Thanks for testing the kernel. :good::good:

That DL for the Rom was faulty. One of the tar's was bad. Not sure if its your end or mine. But I just installed the 710 MM, so we're good to go. It's different, that's for sure.
I'm pretty sure I can use the 710 MM for a ROM.
I'll DL yours again just in case. So no need for you to go through the trouble. Again.

Would it be possible for someone to make a flashable Zip of the MM T815 ROM? I have a T817T which is the same hardware as the T815 but was sold by a US carrier T-Mobile. The same ROMs and rooting methods that work on the T815 have worked on the T817T for the 5.x ROMs. I have TWRP installed, so I can backup the current ROM in case the T815 ROM doesn't work.

Just checked local tar and rar files again, I checked before upload too
No prob at extraction
May be one of rar files not downloaded correctly, when extracting it should give you which part is not complete.
