I have a .mmc file for my carrier. Basically, it is all the settings of the phone such as MDM and MIN and all the 3g and MMS settings for my phone. It's supposed to be used by Samsung PST software, but when i hook my phone up to the computer in download mode, Samsung PST says Change to DM Mode, then after a few seconds, says "Failed to recognize device status in DM Mode". Flashing software using Samsung PST works, but this does not. I believe it is a problem with Samsung PST Software.

What I am wondering is if anyone is familiar with .mmc files for android. How can push this to my phone?

Software or command line, doesnt matter, I have access to windows or linux. I just need this on my phone. I am on a small local carrier and rooting my phone and flashing has deleted the info in the phone.

Taking it into my carrier is not an option as I have tried and they do not know how to fix it.

Can anyone help?

Suggestions of another section of the forum I could post this in where it might get some more attention/more knowlegable people on this subject.

Any input is greatly appreciated!
