"Mobile Hotspot" NOT working in LG V10 (vs990) outside USA .

My sister gave me a LG V10 (VS990) which was bought from Amazon.com from USA. I live in Bangladesh. All option works great. BUT I can not turn on my "Mobile Hotspot" option. When i try to turn it ON it says,

"A Verizon Wireless LTE SIM card is not detected. Mobile Hotspot/Mobile Broadband Connect/Bluetooth tethering service needs a Verizon Sim card in order to work." ...

I tried every possible solution i can do. But nothing worked. .... Since i don't have a Verizon sim and if i had the sim, it wouldn't work. Because my country doesn't have Verizon. ....
I Flashed my V10 with couple of official stock ROMs around 4-5 times ( Both Lollipop and Marshmallow) ... BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINS . ...
I searched many sites and Googled my problem but got NO Slotution ..... Then I tried to find Custom Rom.... But there were no Custom ROM for my beloved V10... :crying: ..... Not even in " Cyanogenmod " .....
Now i can not use "SHAREit" apps because of not turning on my mobile hotspot ....
FYI :- i can send files through SHAREit But can not receive any files .........

There is a fix but if you can't root it won't work. And if you are on Marshmallow you can't root, or go back to Lollipop in order to root. So you are currently SOL, unless things change.

I may be wrong, some others may explain why I'm wrong.

FoxFi will allow tethering without root or a tethering plan. I'm not sure if this will work for you but there is a free version to try.

I already downgraded from Marshmallow to Lollipop, i flashed my v10 with "LGUP" ..... I can root now, i rooted my phone once....
So can you just tell me the fix ???? It would help me a lot.. . Thanks.

Sorry to say, but also tried this method..... foxfi does NOT work.... i even rooted my phone but that did not help ...

Bro, how do you downgraded this VS900 from 6.0 to 5.x . (i try LGUP to instal KDZ file, but i got "antiroll back" error)

At the moment you can't, litteraly you are SOL till someone gains root on 6.0

Guys i have the same problem.
I have tried every rooting app i knew ,with or without computer but still ibwas unable. Please can someone help me out. Because i cant pair with other phones through wifi and hospot
