The option for mobile networks is greyed out after I tried to flash a TWRP recovery, but that failed, so now the 'Mobile Networks' option is disabled in settings. I can't access the recovery mode, because that makes my phone turn on and off and on and off until I force shut it off or until it runs out of battery, but I can access the bootloader if that helps. I have tried to reset it, but that doesn't work, and I don't know why
