Mobile standy&android system battery drain

I added pictures, when i plug the phone to charge.
But the battery really drain fast
Im with oreo update.
There is something to do with that mobile standy?

is it a dirty flash? if it was do a clean wipe, if not restart the phone and wait to the next cycle.
i experienced the same in the first cycle only.
