Hi,

is anyone in here ever got a message when trying to complete the initial setup on MobileIron? :
'Knox License Activation Error'
'ELM license servier is not responsive, try again later'
The case happens on Samsung S7 and i tried to switch to various network but it seems the problem persist

retried the reinstall but still happens

Absolute life saver. Samsung S9 with the same problem, employer allows no alternative way to access work e-mails on mobile device. This worked like a charm, thank you. Only should be noted: IT-services have now detected my Android-device as being rooted. Not sure whether that is a logical effect of the beforementioned steps? Best regards.
