I'm on another custom rom one UI 2.5 G975 CTD1

just an info for my followers ... I can't modify the framework at the moment due to recompilation problems with apktool ... so the new theme will have some limitations, I try to do everything possible

After updating to the current firmware and Mod V.20, my S10 + hangs in the boot loop as soon as I restart the recovery after installing it in the TWRP. The phone does not go beyond the bootsplash.
However, if I restart the system from the TWRP, the boot screen with the Samsung logo appears. But the UI doesn't go any further.
It was a dirty flash from the last Android 10 version. I had used the current instructions and the current files from Carolin. I can't find the Cruel Kernel using anywhere, however. Or is it integrated in the mod? In the installation mod, I can't choose a kernel to install ... Seems to be intentional.
Do I still have a chance to get the phone to start or do I actually have to do a clean install?

@Carotix, thank you very much! My phone works again with no data loss.
But I had to find out that the Magisk Canary had problems after the update, when the phone went into the bootloop again, or hangs up when booting. Only a new flash of the kernel can help, or change to the "normal" Magisk.
What I've been missing for a long time is the switch for a screenshot in the notification bar. Can I reactivate it somehow?

Installation for v.20:
Flash the new ETLJ firmware via Odin ... my files for G975F are here
there is already the right Ian's TWRP patched inside the AP patched ...
1- Turn off the device and put it in download mode with the bixby / vol down button and inserting the cable to the PC at this point open Odin remove the check mark from autoreboot
2- Load the AP .tar file downloaded from OTA together with the BL the CP and the HOME_CSC .... if you put the CSC you lose all the data
3- Start the flash and wait
4- At the end with the power / vol down keys force the switch off as soon as the screen goes black press vol + / bixby / power to go in recovery and don't leave the keys until you see the twrp screen, continue to keep the 3 keys pressed and wait for the recovery to start again
5- Flash the multidisabler then reboot to system keeping the cable plugged
6- Flash Cruel Kernel v.4 or upper to get the root here the link
7- Flash CarHDMod v.20

Why don't you use SamFirm or Frija for the download - then you have the AP after unpacking

guys after doing line 5. it says reboot system does that mean setting up the phone and after that do 6 and 7 ?

You definitely need to have a rooted A11 before installing the mod. You can set up your mobile phone completely before or after - it doesn't matter.
