To get a good installation you need to flash the zip files in the following order:
0- Install new firmware via Odin using the guide post #1
1- Flash CarHDebloat and reboot
2- Flash CarHDMod and reboot
3- Flash CarHDTheme
done

It's this? It's normal to take much longer than usual to flash?

I can't install V6.3 theme. My phone start, but no screen operating... You said uninstall update of "device assistance" app before install Devloat V6. 3. Where is this fonction.. I don't find it.

try to re-download the zip
open Settings / Battery and device care / 3 dots / about device care / info .... then 3 dots and uninstall it

Hi Caro, sorry, doesn't work for me. I uninstall device assistance, install debloat 6.3, install Mod 6.3.. Just here everything ok.. But when install theme 6.3... My phone stay on screen and no app and nothing coming. Only screen.

uhmm , very strange ... i tried to reflash from zero , firmware/debloat/mod then theme and works fine for me

I try all as possible.. But always Sama problem for me.. I wait for V6. 4 and for now I stay on V6. 1

It's only the theme make me problem. Always my phone don't start or boot without stop.

I had the same problem you have with v6.2 It worked for everybody except me and I think the SystemUI is the cause. Because everything would be fine until I flashed the theme, the SystemUI.apk inside the debloat and theme.zip could have different mods and so when you flash the theme it would cause the bootloop? I'm just guessing here

Changing files isn't recommended because one little change or mistake and it will not boot at all ( learned that from experience lol ). It's best to give carotix time to figure out what the issue is. In my case when mine refused to work I left it alone and waited for the new version to come out.

hi , when you have time , try to flash this CarHDTheme_v6.3.01.zip over the Mod , it's in OTA ...
repeat everything from firmware

hi , the CarHDMod is stock ... it changes only the home and lockscreen wallpapers then you can change them yourself, you are not obligated to flash the theme ...
