I would be able to see Chinese in settings if I'm able to scroll down really fast to the end. But it dissappear afterwards. I doubt should be some code in file hidden it?

Try clear cache and dalviks cache and reflash the mod again if problem persist.

Trying to install this on a hybrid aosp/Samsung rom which had been slimmed down to the bone...been told I'd need the lib files for this KB to work... anyone knows how I'd this? I'm on mg4.

I don't use any lib files from Noye 2 when I ported it. Not sure what lib files you looking for.

I reflashed rom ( Omega V48) , this time without the option android keyboard 4.2 ...now works¡
