Why you wanna disable is it's best thing in keyboard anyway you can by using root explorer
To csc/features and open it by any text editor look for the code sip and change the enable to disable

No. I got FC when installed.

As its clearly specifies in the thread heading that this mod works with custom roms based on sammy 4.1.2 roms.

However the Note 3 & S4 keyboards are available for 4.3 and you can find in themes and app section of S III
