To Check if You Have Init.d Support, You Must Navigate To This Directory, "/system/etc/init.d"

Mount Your System As Read Write First By Typing This:

Code:
su; mount -o remount,rw /system

rPx ULTIMATE Is Not Same With Elite, Elite Is A Script And rPx ULTIMATE Is A Tweaks. Script And Tweaks Are Not Same.

My Projects At XDA-Developers
• rPx ULTIMATE EDITION
• rPx EliteForce

I figured it out after I saw your script change to Elite and it worked perfect.

Thanks for the fix and for the explanation. All system running smooth and FAST!

I have the same issue. I set system as r/w but then I run script, SManager stops at line: operation is not permitted
