And how to do it?

Yes

Extract android.policy.jar from zip
Move it to system
Set correct permission (rw- r-- r--)
Move android.policy.jar from system to system/framework

No!

Why wake up the phone by volume on a phone with power button 1 cm above...

This mod is only usefull with power button on top.

Because there is a chance that pressing it always will damage the power button...it can be over use...its all good to hve alternate button

Can you do it also for odex roms ant have it to look like this http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-TL4duO_aC...BkyA/s1600/Screenshot_2012-07-09-18-40-23.png (without flashlight) with shutdown and reboot in different tabs and (if you can) when reboot is clicked a popup that ask you to choose normal reboot or recovery (like the xzrecovery's recovery reboot button)

Thanks,
Alex.
