Some of the asus apps require the correct framework-res to be installed. That might be why they don't work on cm10. They should work on any stock version though.I'm not at a PC so can't remember if any are reliant on the .so libraries in /system/lib

Are you using the latest 10.4.4.23 as your base or earlier versions (not that Asus have changed the apps)?

Yes, I am trying to track down all of the libs for them.

They are based on 10.4.4.20 as I couldn't find a deodexed version of .23

Download CROMI 3.0.3 (link in my sig) and yoou will find all the 10.4.4.23 deodexed versions. Most I have seperated out into the ASUS folder for my aroma installer. Others are still in system/app

Hope that helps :)

Yes, that's perfect!

I also know there are permissions .xml's for the Asus apps, along with libs and .so's.

Re: [MOD] [2-3-2013] Asus Stock Apps

Updated.

As of now, Flash doesn't work in /system/app, I will fix that later. MyScript Notes doesn't work either, if somebody wants to try and fix that. I will look into getting a later version of it if I can.

Re: [MOD] [2-17-2013] Asus Stock Apps

Sorry it took forever, but I added MyFrame.

When I get the chance, I will try and make this into an Aroma installer so you can choose which ones to install.

Re: [MOD] [2-21-2013] Asus Stock Apps

Before I flash this (into CleanROMInheritance 3.2 using TWRP 3.2.1), I have a question...does this install all apps or do I get to select individual apps?

Why would you want to flash this into Cromi? You already have all these apps available to you.

Also this flashes all apps. No choice unless you remove them from the zap file first.

Re: [MOD] [2-21-2013] Asus Stock Apps

When I flashed the ROM I opted not to install most of the Asus apps. Mostly to avoid bloat. Turns out I might want the cloud app for the splashtop feature. Does this install the Asus apps as system apps where they cannot be uninstalled?

Just reflash CROMI and choose cloud and you will be fine. You won't lose any data if you choose the same options.
