Just maybe we could have alarm clock status bar icon in white..its still stock grey??

Flashable zip added....but i prefer black status bar on lockscreen..because in 4.1.2 one has to crop some part of lockscreen in order to get the transparent statusbar..you will notice that your clock on status bar moves upward little bit if you have transparent status bar on lockscreen.

cool mod! but i have one problem, i'm using omega rom and this mod changes icons of the quick settings on my status bar to stock. any solution to retain the original icons? i just want the white icons on the status bar. =)

Hey.....i ripped the white alarm clock icon from your updated zip...replaced it in Sale zip so to keep my transparent lockscreen...thanks.

Check that...your non transparent zip is transparent...

I'm a goose.
I spent around an hour trying to work out why it wouldn't work on my Neatrom MH1 ROM and then it dawns upon me that I'm using Apex Launcher.
Once I froze Apex launcher and reused Touchwiz, the S4 transparent Accuweather widget works fine.

Updated the links with minor bug fix..
1.those who do not want stock toggle can use 3rd version....
2.battery animation changed while charge and discharge
3.now...installing zip dont wipe dalwik cache.

Hi i have been using omega rom (latest)v48 but the s4 weather i installed is no animated . I mean the weather just like in 4.2.2 firmware. How to get the real s4 animated weather on this rom?

Not possible for animated weather...ad it required different lib and framework...which is not in 4.1.2

I tested your weather and status bar. Thanks for your works. Good job. but weather animation does not work and notification bar to be black on the lock screen and apps. I'm using stock 4.1.2 rom and rooted.

It is sad to hear that there is no chance of animated weather on 4.1.2.
Then i have to upgrade to 4.2.2 which i heard is not so stable.

Hi,Good Day to all of you.Well This mod is only for accuweatherwidget.apk. I have not modded accuwidgetweather_main.apk.
S4 Style status bar added for DEODEXED
2 style: 1.transparent on desktop and white icon. 2. only white icon

I have seen that since the leak for 4.2.2 comes, there is less modding in 4.1.2 department.

What inspired me to mod is that i like the weatherwidget of s4 style and there are lots of available here for 4.2.2 but since the stability of 4.2.2 is not good and i prefer 4.1.2....
So i decided to make it for 4.1.2( there are also mod by user name dr30ma and arsaw, but not working in latest 4.1.2 builds)

Well this mod is for 4.1.2 roms. Working on odexed and deodexed.
If you have different base you can copy my accuweatherwidget_main.apk and accuweatherdaemon.apk to system/app.

How to Install: (backup first)
1.download the apk whatever theme you like
2.rename it to AccuweatherWidget.apk(for s4 accuweather) or SystemUI.apk (for s4 style status bar )
3.copy to system/app
4.set permmission to rw- r-- r--
5.reboot
6.if doesnot show in widget try copy again, now it will show.
7.if still not working try clear data cache of weatherwidget and weatherwidget main in application manager.

I am not responsible if it damage your device....so always do nandroid backup first ..

First of all dont quote the OP.

You can use es file explorer......open change root explorer on....and open mount r/w....and change system and / value to....r/w.

Btw...you must be rooted
