Best option is to activate the persus eargasm preset, and about the player! dont use amp player it sucks! and i recommend you flashing FrankenBeats v2.0 its way better and also it comes with cm9 music player and dsp manager so you can just adjust what you need to get the best sound! and try to uninstall the default music player that comes with the stock ROM !! this is how i do . so hope that i have helped you a little bit!!

Sorry man thats not really helped. I have to say your reply has nothing to do with my above post, read it again if need be.

So now your saying flash another mod, which comes with another music player and another sound processor, also im quite sure uninstalling / keeping the stock music player will make no difference whatsoever as it cant even play apple lossless files anyway!

So are you really saying;
Start with stweaks and the eargasm preset,
Flash the acid mod...
to get the acid apk and dolby apk and some unknown whether or not it's installed or activated beats placebo effect

This is 4 extra things already...

Then go ahead and flash this frankenbeats...
to get the cm music player and dsp adding more eggs to the pudding

So thats a grand total of two flashes and an extra 4 apps

And you still insist on uninstalling a stock app on top! And also no mention of the walkman apk as described in the original post!

Good luck with that i have given you what i know! and i didnt talk about the walkman apk cuz i just dont need it!! and as i see you just dont know what to do when you flash your rom! what you do is just flash it and thats it! well that is a bit useless in my opinion, cuz when installing a ROM you have to have a clean phone (internal) a full wipe! not the one that you have on the recovery! you should look for the script that does the job! and second of all to install a mod! you have to know what you're doing! instead of having 4 or unlimited none sense apps that you dont need to! besides that you should read some more posts and topics to know a little bit more what i'm talking about! cuz you cant just download and flash anything! unless you know what you're doing
