To all in this thread...... Remember to do your research and homework BEFORE flashing anything...... From reading all the posts, this appears to more placebo than real improvement...... but hard to say.
I would recommend that the OP post some bench test or a video of before and after showing how there is improvements, then post any known bugs as well...... that would be most helpful........

+1 I think it's a placebo because it's hard to determine the improvement of scrolling.

Post from Djinn Moto©'s Galaxy Note.

Right after installing it I didn't find any difference but after restarting the device twice the scrolling did change. It's real smooth. Whatsapp used to lag like hell but now it doesn't. Even homescreen scrolling (Apex Launcher) is smooth.

This is definitely not a troll. It does work. Just restart :p

Did anyone notice that thit zip does not work. Look at the date of the zip files and than flash it. You see that you have still the old files. So for every one that feels i big differences after flashing this they have the placebo syndrome.

Can people please stop using the dates as an indication if they have changed or not. The filesize IS different to the stock note binary files therefore some parts of the compiled code have changed, this is a fact. If this was not the case then the binary files would be of equal size. I can't say if it is simply a more optimized compile or a code change of some sort. The size difference is small so I would presume it is little more than some tweaked values and better flags being used when compiling.

So in short this may do something as the files ARE DIFFERENT but without knowing what changed we will never know for sure.

It appears to do something for me, I did some blind tests with some willing volunteers and they all picked the mod being active as the one that is most smooth when scrolling.
