Would it be possible to have an option to ignore .nomedia?

I think not so.
1. the dev no longer support hisnown mod, so no more updates will come.
2. this cute little Mp3 Player usw the Android Media Database, and the Android Media Scan will always ignore folders within a .nomedia File.

So how about u will use mp3-Tag on your Computer. with this cool peace of Software you can put Cover art in your mp3-tags, there is no longer use of Pictures in your MP3 Folders.
