Thank you I will give a try. I had preserved settings from Titanium Backup from prior so I guess I'll have to do an app storage erase.

Yes apparently it's an android 11 issue according to developer site, but what's new as mentioned I had no issue with it with the versions prior to current in terms of preserving my already existing externalsd card albums showing in QP. But on current version it didn't preserve my existing albums. When I revert, they come back.

I have no problem seeing any images that are stored on my external sd card on my S20 Ultra Snapdragon variant running One UI V3.1.

Thanks to all for replies and help, will give the app storage reset a try to try to get normal access to my SD card and write back if I have new issues!

So for my external SD card issue, found if I do a Copy or Move Operation in the quick pic menu on a picture, then I can get my SD card selected to enable full access, in case anyone else has my access issue.

Fine on my Android 11 phone. Just installed A11 (custom rom) and the first time I opened QP it asked me to give access to all files. Said 'yes' and all was as it had been under A10 .....

Did not work on LineageOS 18.1, I give it access to all files yet there is no "sd card" visible

Image with .webp fomat isnt display in album, can you fix it ?

Android 12 user here, latest version of the app. I still can't play videos, but the main issue I have is the Camera folder not showing new photos.

This app works great! Only problem is SD card access on Android 11.
My solution: mounted my SD card on a rooted android 10 device. Included the folders of SD card I need to see on app (settings/albuns/included folders). Oandbackup app. Restored on my Android 11 device (rooted). Works like a charm!

This is for sure the best, fastest, simplest gallery app, for years I use it. So it's worth to find a way to use it on newer android versions.

Hi there! Thank you for all the work on this app! Been using v5.0.0.0063 for a very long time but wanted to see what's new. Noticed upon installing, I no longer have cloud access of any kind. Has that been removed? I did have options for Google drive and stuff but cloud storage isn't even in the list anymore.

I've been using this app only for the past few years.However, after replacing the cell phone (Android 11), the external memory that was always displayed on the storage became invisible.Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

The Dev has said it is not possible to add a recycle bin to the Mod version of QuickPic.

also I noticed this yesterday that the camera pictures are not showing in the app unless I screenshot them that is another issue!

Not for me - If you are saving Camera pictures to an external sd card - Depending on the Android version - You will have to explicitly grant the storage permission.

my sd card does not shows there when I click on include folder and whenever I include any specific folder then the app shows that there are no picture in the album. I'm on Android 11

Try this: Using a file browser, like Solid - Root Explorer etc - Copy or Move one of your Camera's images to the external sd card.
Then open QuickPic Mod & Locate the image - Then copy or move the images from your camera to that folder - It SHOULD ask you to Allow QuickPic access to the external sd card now... At least that's how I remember doing it on Android 11.
Here's a screen shot using QuickPic & you can see where it is stored.
