Hello i hereby bring u a stock mms app which is a lot faster and a lot smoother SMS app for your 4.1 and 4.2 based ROMS with a slow and laggy stock SMS app...(WORKS WITH CANVASHD A116 4.1 and 4.1 roms)

This MMS apk is 1000 times better than the stock MMS apk on the 4.1.2 Canvas HD..i can assure u that..wery smooth unlike the stock canvas MMS app...HERE IS A QUICK TUTORIAL TO INSTALL THE NEW MMS APK,BEFORE THAT CLICK THANKS,coz i know u gonna like it :highfive:

1. GO to ur System>app through a root file explorer(ESfile manager,root explorer)
2.find MMS.APK their and rename it to MMS.apk.bak
3 Download the mms.apk given below..dont forget to click thanks
4.Put the downloaded MMS.apk on ur sd card and place it in the Device>SYSTEM>app folder and give required permission that is rw-r--r-- with the help of a root explorer.
5. REBOOT
6.DONE enjoy ur FAST and smooth SMS app HIT THANKS,if i saved u from a laggy crappy SMS app

This mod is not made by me.i repeat this sms mod is not made by me. it is made by ....i have Found and Experimented this mod on my Canvas HD as a was not satisfied with the stock laggy sms app..so i decided to test quite a few SMS apks on my rooted Canvas HD..and after many trials i got this thread with themed MMS apk's which works with my 4.1.2 rom on canvas HD...

Man i tried your app its not working on my mmx a116 with Jb 4.2.1 stock rom.... It says "messaging has been stopped unfortunately"


Please imrpove it or because i have lot more trouble with default app as i having more then 3k messages.

After all i manage it to work....

After all i manage it to work...but one bug is that it send message from 1st SIM card only..

i doesn't even ask from which SIM to send and my default SIM for message is Second SIM..

Can you help with this ?

Thank you very much for such a beautiful mod of sms. I really appreciate ur hard work..

If u will add something by solving some bugs then it will be bestest...

1. Force closing when used with micromax 4.2.1 stock ROM.
2. If install normal like other android application, then msg used to send by default sim only or sim 1only. Never showing from which sim msg has been sent or received.
3. After backup restore of the msg. New incoming msg are not continue with old conversation....a new conversation creates..
It should be merge with their related conversation.

Please fix it. Thanks in advance.

Running smoothly without any force close on any 4.2 rom...i can confirm that..iam currently using it on STARKHD 4.2..install it as instructed..and give it right permission...
this app is for people who are using single sim on thr phones..iam trying hard to incorporate 2nd sim option..will update the apk when its done.
old convo cannot be merged in this app,but i can be kept in the app

I used it in sam hd , didnt find any issue. But with micromax stock rom 4.2.1, it becomes force close. Other issue as usual.
I know u will definitely fix it.
I really really appreciate ur work by taking so much pain , u r helping others.
