[MOD/APP] [UPDATE:01/04/16] N5 Collection of Dialers and Contacts App Themed!

Hello to all! I'm ManuProN5 and I would like to present to you a new Collection of Themed N5 Dialer and Contacts apps for everyone can enjoy. It is going to be a simple recovery flashing [Very Easy]

Requirements:

• Your Phone must be rooted
• Your Phone need to have LL TouchWiz OS
• Your Rom need to be an S6/N5 based Port

Instructions:

1. Download the Zip of the Phone App Theme you like
2. Save the downloaded Zip in your Phone Storage
3. Reboot your phone in recovery
4. Search the Zip and select "Install"
5. Wait until the recovery says the installation was successful
6. Reboot your phone like always
7. Enjoy the new app Themed!
