Here is the Xperia keyboard compiled from Xperia work on Galaxy S 4 9500/9505.

Work perfect to all ODEXED/DEODEXED ROMS,

Installation:First make nandroid backup for safety ,then flash with CWM or TWRP, wipe cache/dalvik cache, reboot device.

Edit: I have installed but why the textinput-chn.apk (Mandarin Chinese keyboard) cannot be installed??
