For some reason I am still having issues with memory. The Device Memory storage was switch and it shows my SDCard being the main storage and I have 44GB of free space, but when I try and update my apps, it still says insufficient storage available...

Need assistance please!
Boot into Recovery, Wipe Caches, Fix permissions, and Reboot.

Sorry for my noob question bur does this work only with US version or is also good for the International ones?
Thx
This version is only for the U.S. version. The International Version is found at the link below.

For some reason this is not working for me. I am running the S3Rx 1.5 ROM. It is a TW 4.1.2 ROM with Ktoonsez kernel.

I tried to add the modified script that prboy1969 posted just above...However, I was having a hard time figuring out how to run it. It said non-flashable..I tried to follow that was said... "just copy, and paste to system/etc/init.d . Then set permissions, and reboot." but I could not find the spot to paste the file. When I downloaded it smanager asked me if I wanted to run it as a script so I said yes and did the same thing as was done with the original script. Still not working for me.

Also I had a question about this...When it works I assume that my apps will now be saved on the external card that my phone thinks is the internal correct? What about the apps that are already on the phones internal memory before running this script? Do they just stay where they were?

You have to navigate to the folder with a Root Explorer. The path is : system / etc / init.d . Then paste the file there. You must have the folder init.d for this to work. After you paste the file you set the permissions, and Reboot. But before you do any of these steps you should have copied all the necessary files onto the SD Card. I would suggest reading the OP a few times. That is what I did just to be certain of the process.

Works like a charm!!! Turned out my problem was that the file was inside of a folder and I was not finding the actual file because of that....Talk about stupid!!!
Anyway thank you!

ANOTHER PROBLEM....Every time I change my battery or restart my phone the mod goes away and I have to go in and run it again. I am not certain why it is doing this because I have checked the run on boot option in smanager which should make it run on boot!!!
I am going to totally reset my phone to the factory ROM so I can do a clean install of a new custom ROM that I want to use. I will be making certain to do go in and wipe cache and set permissions after I do this again. Unless someone else has experienced this issue I hope that I am able to fix it when I redo my phone today....I will report back............:fingers-crossed:

This worked for me

I opened 11extsd2internalsd
Deleted everything copy this

Sleep 2
mount -o remount,rw /
mkdir -p /data/internal_sd
mount -o bind /mnt/sdcard /data/internal_sd
mount -t vfat -o umask=0000 /dev/block/vold/179:33 /mnt/sdcard
mount -o bind /data/internal_sd /mnt/extSdCard

Placed in data and set with script manager. But unlike other way. Which left me with external for both. This shows them actually swapped. Set ownership to root and permission to all boxes checked. Same with script manager select su and boot.

Thanks for the reply, I was looking at that post, but was hoping to find something 'easier' lol. I was able to move some apps off internal storage using the native application manager, but none of the other apps in the play store, even the best rated ones, would see the external card.
Thank you all for all the great advice and help!

Have used the native functionality in app manager, but none of the shortcut apps, AppMGRIII Pro, etc; will recognize the external card. This does create some issues, because on reboot all of my shortcuts to the home screens disappear; although it did save me over 1gb of internal storage. This is by no means ideal, but I hate to get to less than 3GB of available storage, so I will deal with the drawbacks.

@keysneptune I'm using the method I linked. I have over 10GB of internal storage space left. Plus no perceptible lag on apps. That are running off the SD Card. Plus the partition I made is no where near full. Lastly, no I have never used the massive apps to SD on my device.
