Read first post of thread. Installation instructions are there. Watch YouTube video if you need. If you still need help, search multirom in google. There are plenty tutorials.

my cm-11 builds come with kexec hardboot patch so no need if you use my build

No wipe... Full rom including all the data of primary is separate from secondary no need to worry

Install kernel from pc by
fastboot flash boot kernelname.img
if you are using stock rom


Install Multirom zip from twrp recovery
install multirom-twrp.img from pc
fastboot flash recovery MultiROM-TWRP.img
Now goto recovery and goto advance and then add rom then select other rom then reboot... there should a dual boot screen autometically appears
