I am also a bit confused about the installation....what I understood is,,,,,flash modified twrp, then multirom.zip,,that's it right ? Do I need to flash kernel if I already have stock 4.4.4 with lots of apps but still 1.2 GB of internal memory left ? How to proceed with this ?

Procedure
This is what I have done:
1. Flashed multirom-20140903-v28-UNOFFICIAL-condor.zip through TWRP Recovery
2. Booted to fastboot mode... Then used the code to flash Multibootrecovery(in PC CMD) : fastboot flash recovery MultiROM-TWRP.img
3.After that flashed the kernel using code : fastboot flash boot XT1022-kexec-hardboot.img (Necessary if you are in stock rom... Percy's CM Kernel already included it)

Hope this helps...

I downloaded thrice on pc with mozilla firefox and once on phone chrome browser , none of them work.
Provide the recovery log's and explain your procedure of flashing because myself and many other have no issue's. If you didn't read first post carefully then read again .

I tried to get recovery log. But don't know where it is saved and with which name!

Even I tried to get a log . It shows the log to be saved in /data/media/0 , but I can't find any such file in the sdcard.
However I noted the message displayed while flashing fails , Hope it might help -
Code:
Installing MultiROM for condor
Extracting binaries...
assert failed: run_program(" /tmp/ex
tract_multirom.sh") = = 0
E: Error executing updater binary in
   zip ' /sdcard/multirom-20140903-v28
-UNOFFICIAL-condor.zip'
Error flashing zip ' /sdcard/multiro
m-20140903-v28-UNOFFICIAL-condor.zi
p'
Edit- already a pic posted in previous post . Thanks to nisu4717

this is because you are missing assert for condor product .

either remove assert checking from the zip updater script or add "ro.product.device=condor" in build.prop then flash .

Next time do some search before asking these things , these are pretty small thing's you should know before flashing .

Removing lines worked.
Working like a charm.

Thanks for helping out. I have one more thing to ask that is , If i need to revert back to original and remove the multiboot thing will i need to flash the stock firmware again or just flash the multiboot uninstaller zip and the original kernel and recovery and it will do fine ? Will it cause loss of data ? Sorry If I am annoying you .:)

Just flash the multiboot uninstaller zip and the original kernel and also the original twrp recovery
Nothing will happen to your primary ROM
Ie your data will not get wiped
