If you're like me and loved these animations but felt they were a little too deliberate, which made it almost seem like the phone is lagging (I know its not and the animations are that way by design) setting all 3 Animation scales to 0.5 under Developer Settings makes them go a lot faster, though not quite as smooth as the slower 1.0 default. At the very least I find setting the transition animation scale to 0.5 a must with these.

I've actually moved to these settings as well...what can I say, I'm a sucker for speed :)

Awesome animations thank you for this!

I want to keep everything but the lock screen animations. They completely hosed slimbean's custom lockscreen everything.

Is there anyway I can modify the uninstall.zip to remove everything lockscreen and nothing else.

Unfortunately no. As mentioned in the OP, the restore zip gets you back to the exact framework you had prior to the mod install...and the only way to do so is to pull the entire framework-res.apk (that was backed up to /sdcard/vrtheme-backup during the initial install of the mod) and replace the modded framework.

EDIT: You're better off flashing the uninstall zip to get back to your original framework, and then get into the animation xmls in the mod zip and delete everything relating to the unlock animation (assuming it's a separate animation, and isn't just using a standard animation set).

EDIT 2: Ok, try this (make sure to flash the uninstall zip first if you already have the mod installed...then flash the zip below) :) http://www.mediafire.com/?88bq0ohvnadwuj8

Flashed but don't see any difference :/

Then something is wrong in your flashing process or you have animations scale turned off. This changed the whole experience of my phone as I've never had these animations on a phone before.

Also, it looks like you may not be on a touchwiz rom. Not sure if that has anything to do with it but this didn't work for me on an aosp rom

OK, so this also borked mi wifi as well on mf9 bummer, they look really nice. .. If I flash the restore zip, this will remove all my other mods including reboot mod, hot spot mod and so on? Is hate to have to re install, thanks for these, hope it gets fixed for mf9

Nope, flashing the restore zip will return your framework to its exact state prior to flashing this mod. So all of your prior mods will be there.
