Its totally useless..all tweeks are old aged copied from xda itself.CM is already well optimized.

No it does not work. He put the build.prop file in system/app. It should have gone in system. Most of the edits to build.prop work but they're all over xda and you call make the edits yourself with some reading here at xda... Closed.
