No I didn't but I was also just sharing with the thread about MY experience with changing the bootlogo on my phone using a 64bit machine on 8.1. I only quoted you so that people would know about some people who had issues on 8.1 machine. It was for success and failure INFORMATION ONLY. Not a rebuttal to your findings.

Please, can someone try my application to view all images in LOGO partition?
You must click on Refresh button and then you can view all images (are 7 in total).
For now you can only view they, then I'll make possible to replace and flash without rebooting or fastboot.
You need the root permissions for thi application.

Not working for me, the circle anim just loop... nothing happen... for about 5min...
CM11S 38R + root + xposed + personal bootlogo made with this thread (maybe the problem)
Mmm can you remove and reinstall the app? On my CM11S 38R with modified logo works. Also I think is the xposed the problem.

Is there a way to do this if I have fastboot installed with SDK Tools. Will anything be affected if I just install 15 second ADB and Fastboot installer and follow the instructions with that?
Yes. The application you download here will have its own input and output folders. Once you're done, toss the file from the output directory (logo-modified.bin) into the directory where you installed your ADB/Fastboot files using the 15 second installer. Then type in fastboot flash LOGO logo-modified.bin then fastboot reboot

I just installed your app. It's failing to detect on custom ROMs.
Possibly you're only limiting it down to either "One" or "A0001" when you check for build.prop in ro.product.model...because it gives me an error saying I'm not running it on a OnePlus One.
Mahdi changes your build.prop to "One A0001"
Chillstep, planning to release an R4 version with possibility to change the logo of the battery and the hidden logos? The app above does indeed work to change your logo on the fly, but I would like to change my logos to be released without pulling my own logo.bin.
