I wonder if there is a way to remove OOS13 ****y music control (custom media playback) and replace it with stock android 13 music control:

No idea buddy, I'm not on 13 no more, phone was getting hot compared to 12 when running heavy emulators.

Might and day difference regarding efficiency at high loads.

Probably will be ok on the stable version.

I deleted a bracket off by accident.

Both now working.

If this is true we can customize notification panel ?!
I'm on OOS12 too but this new music control in OOS13 is a deal breaker for me!
I want stock android 13 music control badly
I can't develop my music player app with this ****y custom media playback

I don't know about OnePlus but Pixel phones on Android 13 cannot be modded at all, currently. Not by me, anyway. It's why im still on 12. I keep getting update warnings and eventually will be forced to go to 13.

I don't know anything about your media play back control.

That's good to know...I've read that it can cause issues once you make the commitment to go to 13... causes issues when rolling back (if attempted)

Here is the mod working.

Sick theme. Punisher, hell yeah. Honestly feels like an oversight to NOT have this option in the stock settings.
Rooting my devices is usually a *must* for me, especially for mods like this, though there's been hiccups for me with recent Android versions as of late.

For 10 Pro root access is so so !!
There aren't much mods for it, actually this is the only one if i'm not wrong !!
The only reason for me to having root access was enabling VoLTE
Now Oppo ****ed up SecrecyAutoUnlocker and it's not working anymore, i can't use VoLTE again
So i restored stock boot images and now i'm on OOS13 OB2
10 Pro is the worst phone in terms of software experience by OPPO (i mean OnePlus) !!

No it can be done. Just have had a lot on recently mate.

Will have a go at some point... I'm without it myself.

Nah nothing man... I think this is a dead stick.. Would it be maybe worth installing a GSI then working towards getting it functional?

It's a start point I guess and if we can share the GSI here then maybe it'll attract more.

Tested on NE2213 on Android 13.
Causes the SystemUI to crash, and only state "Turn Off", rendering the device unusable. Disappointing that this doesnt work, but not surprising.
If this could be ported to A13, that would be fantastic
