can you make same fingerprint mapping for 7.1.2 lineage os builds?
cause it didn't worked on lineage os roms.

Hi Wanted to know if it is possible to make a flashable zip like this one for Lenovo P2 for its CM14.1 & AOSP + CAF Android 7 based roms. None of them have FP gesture as well as LED Notification lite functioning.
All of us P2 users have been trying to figure out any work around for months now. I my self have been searching for a solution for FP gesture since P2 has FP in front and can be used as Capacitive navigation using FP gesture.

Stock rom has full support for this.
Single press >>>> Back
Long Press >>>> Recents
and Press on the FP Button(Which doubles as the Home button) for Home.

The Sensor used in P2 is Synaptics Natural IDarea touch FS4200 fingerprint sensor.

Lenovo has also released the Kernel Source, device Tree and Vendor Blobs for P2.

Can you help us with this?

This mod had nothing to do with an error of your fp sensor. Please look at the Q&A section for possible solutions like flashing zui firmware https://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=27390 or other workarounds

Nope, only on cyanogen os. You can try the one for cyanogen mod, maybe it works on newer Android versions, but make backups before you flash :good:
