Hi Thank you for share this works. My friend @Y3dx do easy job to replace the splash image

First surely you can flash zip in OP. And it work correctly.

Then drag param.bin from zip

Use 7zip to open archive.

Drag logo.jpg from that archive you will recieve logo.jpg

you can modified or make new at same size. save in jpg dont choose too much quality( I use photoshop and use level8 when save)

put back in param.bin archive and push back to zip.

I have flashed this zip twice still nothing same stock splash. I have a sprint galaxy 6 edge on 5.1.1 rooted stock rom

I have a Sprint S6 Edge also. The param.bin is located in sda7. You can change the updater script to sda7 instead of sda4. It will flash fine. I've been trying for days to replace it with @wildjeep Ramified logo, but I just can't get it to repack properly.

Are both zips causing you bootloop?
Edit: Make sure that both updater scripts say "sda7"
